Post your gear!

Nothing special. 😛

iPod Shuffle 2nd. gen 1GB
Stock 3rd gen iBuds (for when I want to hear what's going on so I don't get run over by a car)
Koss Sparkplugs w/tape mod (for when I want isolation)

Had a full size iPod until I realized I don't need to carry around my entire media library, just enough songs for short trips, walking to campus, etc. It's also nice that the Shuffle is cheap and basically indestructible, don't have to baby it like I did w/the full size iPod.

Rather boring....
Dell DJ20 20GB (2nd generation) MP3 player (currently selling on Ebay)
Creative Zen Nano Plus 1GB MP3
Sennheiser MX-500 earphones x 2

What counts as gear? Just electronics? Just portable devices? What about computers (desktop/laptop) and associated accessories? watches? shades? Be more specific!

T-mobile Dash
ipod shuffle (2nd gen) 1GB
2 pairs of Sony MDR-EX71SLA earbuds
Sony MDR-V6 headphones with beyerdynamic DT250 velour pads.

My gear includes an MSI MP3 player, the MegaPlayer 521

And too many phones. I'm not a phone lover, but it took me a while to finally get one I liked. Found out early on that Nokias arent always feature rich, but they are always good quality.
Had a 3300 - http://www.americangiftshoppin.../images/nokia-3300.jpg
It is NOT the n-gage. Its just a phone with a full keypad and also a SM slot for MP3 playing. Has a really good speaker too.

The 6230 -

Somwhat similar, has a SM slot for movies and photos and music. Also has a great speaker and a better display than the 3300 so pics and movies look nice.
Looks big in the photo but its actually quite small.

The 1221, 1100 and 1112, all from Tracfone. Liked them all. Minimal features but were cheap and worked very well. Am currently just using the 1112. The 1221 is emergency backup (its tough) and the 1100 got smashed (not tough).

You can check them out here -

That GP2X looks interesting. How do you like it? What kind of games does/can it run? Java? Emulators?

It does perfect emulation of NeoGeo, Snes, NES, Genesis, Turbografix16/PCengine (including CD games). It does portables like Game Gear, Atari Lynx, and Bame Boy/Game Boy Color. It does classics like Colleco, old Atari systems, and Amiga. It does an absolutely perfect Capcom CPS2 (marvel v capcom, street fighter series, etc). It does an older version of Mame (.34, still tons of good games). It does older PC games like Doom 1 and 2, Quake, Wolf3d, commander keen, Duke Nukem 3d, Flashback. It does many of the old LucasArts games like Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max, Escape from Monkey Island. It also has some good homebrew games.

Works in progress include Game Boy Advance and PSX, which have a few playable games but need more work. I'm confident that it will eventually play many games at full speed from those systems, but probably not all of them.

It also plays DivX and Xvid movies, and MP3s, and handles text files and pictures.

Yes, I love it, as you can tell.
