My first post in OT



How do I find mine?
Go to the advanced search and type your current username in the username search box.
Change to search for archive threads
click search
go to the second page of the search results
go up to the URL box and alter the query for ~page 300, more or less depending on your time here
keep altering the query until you find the last page of results

PAGE=2&FTVAR_FORUMVIEWTMP=Linear&#lastunread

My first OT post wasn't until about 3.5 years later, giving advice about an ebay auction that might have gone bad. I didn't realize how much I hung around For Sale/Trade and Hot Deals (until the turmoil there.)

I joined the dark side of OT when I was bored at IBM and buying my first house (from the money I saved with Hot Deals and FS/FT I'm sure!)

Wow, I haven't changed much in 6 years:

I'm a pretty conservative fella, and when I first read the first post on this thread, I thought it might be some religious groups trying to pull ol' St. Nick from the spotlight. But when I read the nonsense about the "peace" quilt, I knew it had to be those PC, goofy libs.

And for those of you Socialists who want to ban guns or add on to the multitude of federal, state and local gun laws already, have you ever thought that for a second that no matter how many laws or "bans" you have, the CRIMINALS will always get the gun if they want to. Think about that for a minute before you spew your anti-gun diatribe.

My first ATOT post was in response to a heavy subject: Jeans; what style/wash do you prefer?

I'd been registered for two years and has like 50 posts, and an unregistered lurker for another year before that. It's been a total downhill slide since I hit OT.
