I had two of these. I know I shouldn't have, but I was hungry and I cannot resist white chocolate + macadamia cookies... must stay away from all those stores that sell them 😱 Tasted great, but I'll have to work out even more when I get home.

I had Subway for lunch today..I imagine the processed meats can't be too good for you, and I feel like I ate a salt lick too.

Girl Scout Cookies!

Samoas in particular. I can easily sit down and eat an entire box. At 75 calories per cookies thats 1500 calories.

pasta alla carbonara
boil 1 lb spaghetti/angel hair/fettucini, whatever
while its boiling, render 8oz of bacon or pancetta, set the bacon aside and save about 3 or 4 tablespoons of the fat
saute some garlic in it

the next part is important when it comes to timing. add the pasta, almost fresh out of the water to the fat, add the bacon, add 1 cup of grated paremsan, add 4 whole eggs. the pasta should be hot enough to set the eggs if you start gently mixing the pasta as soon as you add them.

its damn good. really.

so are eggs benedict 😉

The Garbage Plate. I think it originates in New Jersey but one of the owners of joint moved down to Cary, NC and has it on the menu at a sports bar. (Can't think of the name right off hand.)
