Usually has been testing at 20mbps down. Either way I think it's powerboosted some because sustained I get 1.3 MB/s or so max.

Will post my speednet test later. Got utorrent running now so it would mess things up. We have a 15/1 cable connection as advertised. On bad days I'm lucky to get 2mb down. But I've seen it go up to and over 11 at times. We pay about 25 dollars a month for that. However our total cable bill is probably over 130 a month.

I don't think it's fare to count coperate or government networks. This should be strictly about your own home connection. There's no way you are going to be able to compete with a multibillion dollar company who's very existance depends on the net.

To be fair, Evadman's speed is his "home" connection. He just saves lots on his rent living in his mom's basement and has plenty to spend on his internet connection. :D
