1. The girl is decent. No DOUBT that I would tap her, but there are much hotter santa ho's out there.
2. Your QuickLaunch bar being in the middle really stresses me out
3. Your miniature Icons are not a pleasent sight either.
4. ComicSans is just so nastee. (IMO) Please, something simple like Tahoma, Ariel.
5. Color coordination makes me suicidal.

The rest of it I really dont care too much about. Probably even weird you out more if I disclosed that I only recently changed over from the Windows classic theme.

The only thing that really bothers me is the comic sans font, i think the background is pretty hot

haha you will have seen a pretty similar one... i based it on one of the ones for download and just tailored it to suit my needs and added a couple things... man i once made a huge custom one that had like 5 instances all running at the same time... see here it took so long to make and i was so proud of it but at the end of the day it looked cluttered and i hated all those 'S' icons in the taskbar so i ditched it... but anyway i like how its simple and unobtrusive but yet really informative! finally found a weather script that works too thats awesome!

for people with dual monitors... how are you displaying one huge wallpaper? is it a resolution like 3200x1200 or something? On my dual 2001fp's (radeon 9800 pro) I don't think I have that option..
