Anyone know of any clean sleek desks that are smallish? I'm moving out of my parents at the end of the year I hope and I would like to prepare on what furniture to look into. I want something sleek and light. No executive style desks or something clunky I guess.

What do you guys use? I have a old 20 year old desk that I can't take since it's my parents.

I have this all white covered Saunders desk (so fiberboard) from kMart like 10 years ago. YOu can also check Staples, they have some nice steel and glass desks that look pretty slick.

I have a POS pressed fibreboard thing I got at Staples. Scratched it up pretty bad trying to lug my heavy PC case out of it, and one of the casters actually fell off it. 😛

I have the maple veneer one. You get what you pay for with these. You can always try Ikea as well.

If you have the idea of what kind of desk you want in your head, you'll do far better by building it yourself than looking all over the place for it, IMHO

I do have an idea. But it's all aluminum. I don't think I could build it 🙁

I did not get the hutch and love the desk cause it has such a nice large work area.

I have this desk, which I got very cheaply on clearance. I really like the glass platform on the left. I set my MacBook Pro there to watch movies and talk to people while gaming.

You want something cheap, will fit in an apartment (I'm assuming), and has a modern look that won't cramp you mac's style?
