My current list in day of week order:

Life - Excellent show, been watching it from the beginning. Ratings are getting weak and I don't know why. Please check this one out. Funny, good music, and characters that you will care about. Style is similar to Mentalist so I'm not sure why its not doing as well.

Agreed, I have no clue why this show isn't doing well either. The only reason I started watching it was I seen Capt. Winters from Band of Brothers in the previews. Definitely worth watching!

Lost
The Office
Prison Break
24
Dragon's Den
Kenny vs Spenny

And I've been watching the Wire. I don't understand why some people say it's the best show. It's ok.

Mentalist - My favorite new show. Very funny with mystery and drama thrown in. Very interesting lead character. Great ratings so far so I'm not alone.
Do you watch Psych on USA? I haven't seen The Mentalist, but the two shows seem very similar.
From what I've heard, they take an opposite approach. The Mentalist showcases someone who formerly was a John Edward-type psychic who is now working for the police to help catch the guy who killed his family. He openly states that everything he is doing is a psychological trick or by being very observative (ala Sherlock Holmes) and is against anyone who pretends to be a psychic. There's no supernatural in the show at all. He is also sometimes wrong (but mostly right) which is a good thing.

It's also a drama with comedic and mystery elements, not a comedy.

The Office
Always Sunny
Entourage
Dirty Sexy Money
How I Met Your Mother
Big Bang Theory
Rules of Engagement (I think that's coming back sometime this season)

Till Death is about to drop off the list. I liked the first season, but once they dropped the hot chick and Finch from American Pie in favor of the stereotypical black guy and his woman I think it jumped the shark. They're sinking too low to get laughs now, it's embarrassing to watch.

Heroes and Chuck. That's about it only because I missed so many episodes of Stargate: Atlantis. Also, I have no idea when The Unit is on, I think it's on opposite some shows my wife incessantly watches.

Oh, and I try to catch NCIS whenever I can too.

Other than that, I avoid TV.

Chuck
Dexter
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Trueblood (season over)

Awaiting:
BSG

One I used to watch and wish I hadn't fallen so far behind (didn't finish season 1, having 3 shows all monday in the same time slot sucks!)
The Big Bang Theory

Tried But couldn't keep watching:
Heroes
The Legend of the Seeker (Sword of Truth book)

Chuck (Started watching Season 2... This is the best show I've seen in a long time!)
Heroes
Fringe (Is this show doing ok in the ratings?)
Office
Criminal Minds
Smallville (last season? finally?)
Ture Blood
Entourage
Prison Break (I'm 3 episodes behind on my DVR... not sure if I'll even watch them)
House (I like the show but it's finally starting to hit me that it's the same show every week)

24
Lost

Well, they dropped them off in season 3... sort of. There was one episode in season 3 that had the Woodcocks still. But yeah, the token black guy just isn't the same.

Damn. I always miss that. It runs at the same time as Terminator on Mondays, and overlaps with Simpsons and King of the Hill on Sundays. I've been trying to skim those 2 shows on Sunday though.

House
Dirty Sexy Money (I'm iffy on this one - ready to quit it but Law & Order in the same time spot is usually pointless and DSM is kind of fun to laugh at.)

Isn't that show slated to be canceled?
