I havent had the time yet, but I am going to cut a hole on the mobo tray to route the video cards 6 pin connector and a whole on the bottom corner (near the 120mm exhaust) to route the mobo 4 pin.

Any suggestions for the hidious ide? i would buy a Sata burner but they are a tad pricey at the moment

Looks much better than what I have done. 😛 I wasn't able to find any way to hide the thick ATX cable, so I sort of just snaked everything else around it:
cables

What do you guys think about THIS and I even added a fan in 3 of the middle 5.25" bays LIKE SO. And the Case is closed and a night shot with my UV cables glowing.

This one was my rig up until I returned the Centurion and just now bought a Lian Li, will work in it once I recieve my 6" Sata and rounded IDE cables (all UV reactive), fan adapter and stuff, also since the LianLi is alluminum, I will most likely drill a few holes here and there for the cables. Stay tuned for my upcoming work.

Edit: My current haphazard setup. Just waiting for the parts to arrive before I start polishing it up.

that pretty clean gamefreakgcb.

Because of the inflexibility of modstream cables, i wouldnt bother with cutting holes. BTW, the UV looks cool at nice anyway.

I'm getting the SUnBeam NUUO PSU and replacing the ModStream, the CPU cooler is now a Ninja and the vid card is a 7900GTO (flashed to GTX) and there will be 2xDVD-RW and 2x front display panels (5.25" LIS2 POP VFD Blue display with serial connection that connects to the back panel I/O, this will need some creative drilling as well and 1 3.25" Sunbeam PSU control panel that comes with the PSU), so yeah I will have my hands full with this project, plus I have to buy the zip-tie mounts again since I seem to have misplaced mine. Also in the above pic I have 2x 12" cathodes, I have 4x 4" cathodes that will replace them as well. This one will truly be for the books as they say.

Corporate Thug you could buy a IDE to SATA converter for the burner. The only problem with them is they require power to them. Could work though.

You can get a 16x DVD-RW at dell for $50. I don't like the IDE to SATA option 'cause it sticks out quite a bit.

OP You have your CNPS9700 backwards. It should be blowing towards the exhaust fan in the back, not away from it 😉 It is gonna get starved for air the way you have it

Not unless he is using the back fan as intake which is how my Lian Li was. 😉

Nope, looks like that case fan's put in exhaust position. And even if he did put it in intake position, he's blowing all the hot air inside the case with no where to go. Notice the fan on the bottom left is in intake position. Yeah, looks like Sparky has got it right, the OP installed the HSF in the opposite direction.

WOAH, the exhaust is actually blowing in for some reason (thats how it was when i got the case). gonna flip the case fan so its an exhaust.

OP - take a look at this article for hints on folding IDE cables.

My machine's in a state of flux right now, still decided what to add and what to remove, so no wiring pics for me.

EDIT: Choco - aren't you afraid that thing's gonna sprout legs and try to take over the world?!!?!? 😉

I have the same case as you and my fan was blowing in too. I also flipped mine around. Your wiring looks pretty tidy I think I'm going to copy yours. I have 3 hard drives so I don't have as much space below. As for the ide cables I used rounded ones for the optical drives and it helps some what.

Planning on it... 😀 But actually, that system is being parted out now, due to the heat it created in my room (I had to move recently, and just couldn't support running that machine)...

You've done a very nice job. I love the night shot. I wish routing cables in my small Antec Super LanBoy was easier. Even with a modular PSU, it's very hard to reduce clutter.
