Treo 800w. So far it's not bad. My first 'smart' phone. Was able to get in on Sero and upgraded to the Treo from the Samsung A900, which wasn't a bad phone at all.

Same on all counts.

swore I would never buy an iphone but somehow talked myself into buying a 16GB phone last March and kicked myself for not buying one sooner...

I have a HTC 6800 right now.

I also own a HTC Touch, but switched out of it so I'll post both.

I went with the HTC 6800 due to the slide out keyboard. It has a bit more power than the previous HTC 6700, and the magnetic slide on the keyboard felt less "clunky" than the 6700.

I went with it over the HTC Touch due to the keyboard, and the fact I was able to activate GPS (which is disabled on Alltel for 3rd party apps) with a simple file update. I have added the HTC Home plugin, IContact for the address book, and an upgraded GPS app (on top of the official ROM) that works with the various GPS capable programs.

The HTC Touch was great, but the lack of a keyboard threw me off. I liked the on screen keyboard, but I liked the feel of buttons. Plus the GPS was harder to unlock and didn't feel like dealing with it.

I had an HTC Artemis (P3300). Loved it.

Their customer service stinks, though. The LCD screen started acting funny two months ago. HTC is billing me $180 to fix it, even though it's still under warranty. They claim I must have pressed too hard on the screen and broke it, or that keys in my pocket were pressed against the screen. (There is no way I would leave a phone that expensive in my pocket with my keys). After 8 calls and 8 promises to return my calls, which never happened, (customer service is never able to reach the repair center for some reason), my issue is still unresolved (I am trying to find out how they determined it was my fault the phone is broken).

I have a 1st gen Samsung Blackjack with WinMo 6.0
it works out great bcoz I sync my calender, contacts and imp. emails between the phone and outlook.
this is all I need.
BT works great and I have some funny movies saved on a 2gb microsd card which I view occasionally.
oh, almost forgot, it also makes great phone calls...:p
