Why do you want to build a KA instead of getting a SR20DET? Is it cost or hobby thing?

My car:

1987 Toyota Supra Turbo
3.0L DOHC 24v Inline 6
5 Speed
Sports pacakage: Includes electronically modulated double wishbone suspension, ABS, Limited slip differential, headlamp washers, spoiler.
110,000 miles

This was back before Toyota had Lexus, so the Supra was their technology showcase. Power everything (even 8 way seats), built in alarm, digital climate control, fog lights, cruise control, etc. The unique thing is the suspension, which can be switched between "normal" and "sport" mode by the push of a button. You will actually feel it firm up in sport mode, and the car handles like a dream. Very quick too, a blast to drive.

Pics in sig. :D

Roger, get a real pic hosting service. :)

The Tripod page you are trying to reach has exceeded its hourly bandwidth limit. The site will be available again in 2 hours!

Thank you!

Cause sr20 would be too easy so in a way, I guess it's a hobby. A very expensive hobby. :D

Plus, everyone and their mom has a sr20 in their 240sx's now... I wanna be different.

Since my digital camera is broke, I'll post a pic from KBB.com that looks exactly like my car (same color, 5-spoke alloy wheels, etc.): Grand Prix

<Edit> I will add that mine's tinted out though. Looks slicker IMHO.

here's my car, the pics were taken from the previous owner... i bought the car about 3-4 weeks ago, my first car of my own... i'm 20, full time student, only summer jobs... it's not lightning fast, but the way it handles makes it fun as hell, not to mention the 8500rpm redline... :) once i put the header/presilencer back on, i'm gonna go get me a free dyno from mazdatrix :D
