I have two big ones . . .
On big letters on the back of the provided envelope, it reads "DO NOT FOLD CHECKS". The envelope is, of course, approximately .25" too narrow for a normal check to be placed inside without[/b] folding. I've got a couple like this.1
Then there's the companies that stiff you on postage paid envelopes. Hey, I'm paying 50 bucks a month for my dang phone bill - you'd think they could spot me a measley 34 cents so I wouldn't have to hunt for a stamp.
