o/c the card makes that much of a difference ?

I score somewhere in the 4800 range with 3D Mark 2001 SE. Is that in the right range for my hardware?

CPU: Athlon 1.4GHz @ 1.53GHz
Mobo: MSI K7T266-A Pro2
RAM: 2 x Crucial 256MB PC-2100
Video Card: Gainward GeForce2 Pro 450
nVidia Drivers: ver. 27.42

When I benchmark I leave my settings at 1280x1024x32-bit. (Refresh rate: 85 Hertz) Is that correct or should I use a lower "default" setting.

Got this score with my XP1600+ oc'ed to 1533 (146fsb) and my GF3 Ti200 oc'ed to 240/530, used Detonator 22.80:
3d-Mark 2001: 7611

My Windows died a couple of days ago and I'm currently running Linux, but I'll reinstall Windows 2000 later today and then I'll get 3d-Mark 2001 SE.

- Radeon 7500 @ 320/295
- ECS K7S5A
- 1 x 512 MB Crucial PC2100 (stock speed, Infineon chips)

Funny how a video card upgrade will do wonders,I had a GeForce2MX and it did
1896 in 3DMARK2001.I ran the test a hundred times and never even
seen half the test because my card couldnt run them.:)

I am hoping the reason my score is so low is my FSB (100mhz)

Morgan Duron 1ghz@1.2
FIC AZ11E mobo (KT133)
Powercolor "Evil Master" Radeon 7500 270/230
384mb PC133 SDRAM @ CL2
win 98

and other non important stuff

My 3d2k1 mark= 3179

My Radeon LE in the same rig would score ~2400, so I saw about a 25% improvement going to a 7500
