Awesome guy who was always friendly towards me, even if we disagreed and argued about stuff. Also, a Skins fan

Is lovely, has an even lovelier wife, is an animal lover who had a truly special dog (miss you, Rocky!), has a great sense of humor and a great laugh, is an incredible woodworker, and volunteered to take time off and drive from Washington to near San Francisco to help my husband and I in doing masonry siding on our house. Overall, amazing!!

One of the nicest and friendliest AT'ers, also part of the original "Ukiah clan" 🙂

Edit: dangit, above meant for AreaCode707

Also Construction Inspector. Moving up in the world.

How do you like it? I considered it, but it's lots of paperwork, and I despise paperwork. That might be my exit strategy when I get too old for field work. That's assuming I can't find something more fun to do with my time...

The only real paper work is at the end of each month. The rest of the month is spent watching people work....basically.

If you get along with the contractor, you spend most of the time socializing with their foreman. I really enjoy it.

Like many others here, he didn't understand that you are only supposed to post once in a thread like this.
