M4H and I took the SRT-4 out at lunch today to capture some video for everyone...

Shifting video M4H wanted to capture my shifting... Of course this is "race shifting" only... I'm sure I'd wreck something shifting this fast all the time 😀

Video 1 First attempt at recording the car from stop, to 200km/h. There was a lot of wheel spin, and a stop sign down the road so we only made it to 170km/h

Video 2 This attempt we found a much longer section of the road, and we got to 205km/h. Since it's hard to see the speedometer, just look at where the needle is, and reference the picture of my gauges below.

Video 3 This is going 60km/h and dropping into second gear. Not much road, so we don't get going very fast at all. Also, the windows are up so you can't really hear the engine or blow off valve.

Picture of gauges

EDIT : DISCLAIMER This was done at a race track with no posted speed limits and all safety equipment in use. Do not try this at home. 😀

Keep in mind that I was trying to both shoot video and avoid spilling rootbeer all over the inside of AdamSnow's car, so pardon the ShakeyCam. 😀
