I'll go first. Made these thismorning on the way to work. I plan on making some new ones, during the day.. maybe this weekend.. lol..

Camera mic doesen't really pick up on how loud it is.

Getting on the freeway

45 and up in 2nd gear

Automobile: 1981 Chevy Custom Deluxe 1/2 ton pickup weighing in at around 4700?lbs, 3 speed manual.

Built 350 under the hood; 0.030 over, forged internals, 10.5:1CR, mild/revvy cam, etc..

Only pic of truck I could find

Another

That's from a stop. Shifted to 2nd a bit early, should have waited till 35. Really have to run 1st out to get into the powerband for 2nd..

I had to cut it short, since the speed limit was 45 and I was in town. For those that know the area, I was at the Cornelius Pass and Evergreen light, heading towards Cornell. :p

Not really... 4 or 5 speeds would be much better, would be able to stay in the powerband better

But I guess 25 - 80mph in 2nd is kinda cool, lol

Driving a fork lift was cool to me man :p Anything that's different / unique is usually pretty damn fun.

Bah, I need to find the video of my buddies truck. You would appreciate it. It is a dropped 78 chev shortbox standard cab. Nicely built 350, bored, high compression pistons, agressive cam, intake, exhaust, ported, 750 edelbrock feeding it....umm....can't think of what else. Turbo 400 tranny, blew up the Turbo 350. That truck hauls ass for 5700 pounds. It also is plagued with 3.08's in the rear, something he plans to fix this winter. That motor spins up to 7000 frequently and quite happily, turning well over 60 mph in first gear. Lol I love his truck, but when I get the 302 in my 98 ranger, Im going to decimate him :p Power to weight will torture him ;).

Sounds awesome. :D

What I have isn't really anything special, but it does make it a little more fun.

Yeah but what you have will be more fin than mine. I bought mine repo'd and it has a nice paintjob, 17 inch rims blah blah blah. It looks nice, so driving it hard will be less fun, as I will be worried of hurting it :p I love trucks you can beat on, lol like my dads old 89 f150. That truck was so much fun. I think yours would look really good gloss black with a nice set of 15/16 inch cragar's.

This is old...its not quite that loud anymore. I had straights (still had all 3(!) cats though) ending mid cabin...too loud and poor mileage. Sounded very very good in person though.

Now it has an aftermarket muffler, 3" pipe running out the back. Nice and quiet inside, but powerful sounding outside.

Dont mind us talking (little brother and I)...some kid took out a pole with his truck and wound up in a ditch down from my house...we were gawking

Had to zip it...verizon doesnt let me host wmvs apparently.
