Had a floppy drive.
I purchased a 20MB Hard Disk for $250.00 at the time that was a good deal for a hard drive.

Same here. It had no hard disk & no modem, but they cost like over $1500 brand new. I played the TSR Gold Box games on that until i got to Secret of the Silver Blades & I think I needed a hard drive to play that game or something. Anyways, that was so long ago.

Some IBM clone with an 8088 that I replaced with an NEC V20 chip. Not exactly an overclock but the NEC V20 ran faster, so they said.

Well, the OP did say "PC." If we open the door to earlier machines, then I also owned a Tandy Color Computer, a TRS-1.

But my _first_ binary computer was a plastic model with gears and cams that my dad got me in 1967 :).
