Sadly, I do. I'd have to say that's the scariest/grotesquest picture I've seen. It was burned into my vision for days, very disgusting. Thing is, to some people it's just another photoshopped picture and it isn't disturbing, but to other people it's just repulsive.

The spider behind the clock pic is also very frightening. But it does scream "easy kill!".
