As alcohol is consumed, the levels of dopamine in the brain rise, as the levels of serotinin drop. Seratonin is an inhibitor, which causes the focus of thought in on one particular idea. Therefore, it only makes sense that as the human body consumes more alcohol, the less seratonin in the brain, and therefore thought becomes more dispersive and free. Whereas before, thought was secluded to one single idea and/or concpet, thought is now broadened to any and all idea encompassed within the human mind. The limits are determined only by the cognition of the human mind. So why do my thoughts become more free and flowing when I drink alcohol. The preceding information is, perhaps, explanation enough, but I would also point out how dopamine might play a role in this. It is quite possible that dopamine plays a vital role in the lucidity of thought, this would explain why thoughts also become more free during intense periods of emotion, physical execrsise, and physical ectasy when levels of dopamine in the brain are at their peak. This would explain why thoughts flow much like lightning during a sexual experience, vigorous excersise, and sometimes even drukneness (even though this is limimted almost exclusively to myself). Now people usually have a freedom of emotion whilst drunk, however if properly channeled this can be conveyed into a freedom of thought. The manifestation of freedom within the brain is merely determined by how the person determines to react beforehand.
Anyway, now t'is time to return to the argument I was entertaining earlier on the phenomenon of desecularization. It is interesting that mankind is meandering further and further away from the normality of religion. Indeed, religion is a word almost being considered to be synonymous with naievitie. As though religion were a poorly guised attempt to candy coat the world and offer explanantions that simply are beyond the realm of belief. This, however, is not the phenomenon I wish to discuss. I am moreso interested in why man has strayed from the norm of religion and why there are far more atheist and agnostics in this age than before. I believe the reason is simple, mankind is simply offered more explanations than before. In the 1800's, if an American wondered how the Universe was created, he need merely look in a bible.
