3000+ sqft home paid for in cash essentially. Maybe a small loan (up to 100K). Probably would cost $700K in todays dollars. Hoping to do 3600 sqft or so.... we'll have to wait and see.

I also wouldn't mind a plug-in hybrid. Can't buy those today though. And some solar panels I guess.
