WINNNNNNNNNNARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I thought you said the murder had something to do with the car? You should have specified that there was no entry by the doors or windows by the assailant, because otherwise it sounds like the murderer used the car to kill the person somehow.

Very good Danielle-son. What rises and falls, but does not move?
Tas.

the sun

Good answer. But I wouldn't say the sun falls as much as it does sets. But good answer though.
Tas.

Another one for ya:

There is a dead man in a car. The windows are rolled up and the doors are locked. The car itself is in perfect condition and it was NOT a suicide. Explain.
I killed him, and placed him in the car! 😛
Playing Jack Bauer again, Zim?

1) A guy walks into a coffee shop. He orders a regular coffee and sits down, and the waitress brings over the coffee. After a few minutes, he notices a cockroach at the bottom of his coffee. He immediately tells the waitress to get him a few cup instead (he probably should have walked out). After a few minutes, she walks out with a cup without a roach in it and a full cup and hands it to him. The guy gets up acuses the girl of giving him the same cup of coffee and demands to speak to the manager. How did he know?

.................

Daniel, did you mean to write "NEW" cup instead of Few cup?

Also, why did she walk out with a cup w/o a roach and a full cup....did she bring two cups out?

I'm not sure if it's grammar/logical sentence structure mistake or how the riddle is supposed to be.

For the string one:

Light string 1 at both ends and string 2 at one end. When string 1 is finished (should be half an hour) light the other end of string 2. From the time the other end of string 2 was lit until the time it burns out is 15 minutes.

A man lives on the top floor of his building (36th floor). Everyday he gets up cooks breakfast, prepares a lunch, kisses his wife and goes to work. One day, the elevator stops on the 16th floor, and the man suddenly cries out, "My wife is dead." After 3-5 minutes, his prediction comes true. How does he know? (not homicide, the man loved his wife)

Is this on the way from his house, or back to his house?

His wife called him and said she was standing on a block of ice.

lol this is sad. i have an even harder one than this, and this one's pretty easy 😀
What's sad is that all or most of the answers above work given your explanation. What's sad is posting a riddle that's easily solvable in about three dozen different ways given the criteria you provided.
