POST problem!!

hey guys, i just got a new asus av7700 geforce GTS and sometimes when i turn on my computer it would beep 3 times quickly and not boot up at all, but when i hit the reset button it works again. anyone have any idea what this could be? i figure its the video card because i never had this problem before i got the card. it doesnt happen often....only once in a while. thanx
