When I turn on my computer I get a beep, the post screen comes up, it lists my CPU and then nothing happens. However, if I shut it down and then turn it back on everything is fine.

Any ideas?

Yeah, some mobos will boot, see that some setting is messed up, shut down, set the setting back to default, and load normally. Wait 30 mins or something to make sure the bios hasnt kept any short term changes it made. If I am correct, it should give you the same problem, and youll have to shut down again and boot back up to load succefully. Are you ocing? It sounds like a memory problem, maybe your timings are too low.
