Here's my neighborhood. They're condominiums, not apartments.

So what is the difference. Looks like apartments to me.

con·do·min·i·um - A building or complex in which units of property, such as apartments, are owned by individuals and common parts of the property, such as the grounds and building structure, are owned jointly by the unit owners.

a·part·ment - A room or suite of rooms designed as a residence and generally located in a building occupied by more than one household

The biggest thing is that it sounds better when you say you live in a condo instead of an apartment.

Outside of that it's just a legal/ownership thing. Many condo's can be apartments, and many apartments could be condo's. The only difference is the ownership legalities.

My neighborhood.

I live in TX. 2 days before this it was about 80. Go figure. Oh, and it's usually not white or snowy in my neighborhood, maybe once in a blue moon

heh, we had the same thing down here in austin. my mom was calling to complain about boston right before that. me: "yeah its 80 degrees here" day later its 25.

Here are some of my pictures of the same storm (I live in austin).

This is my duplex.Ilive on the left.
This one kinda shows the entrance to the local walking trails and disc golf course.

The funny thing was, The day it all finally thawed, I flew to the US Virgin Islands to get married. Talk about a temp. change! 🙂
One of my rolls of film has half snow and ice, the other is all sunny beaches.
Here is one that can give you an idea. 😛
