not all kits are stored cold. my lab had all our qiagen's at RT.

i'd try and sell it on ebay... i think those kits aren't cheap. couple hundred dollars each. although yeah, labs use PO's to buy these kits so chances of selling these are slim.

although, it's weird that USPS ships it. usually it's fedex, UPS or DHL.
