Just post movies that you have seen that a lot of people didn't know about or haven't seen.

The only one I can think of right now is Loose Change it is about the Bush 9/11 conspiracies

I thought you said good movies... Conspiracy theory crap is just that... Unless you're looking at it purely for entertainment purposes. :p

"Hudsucker Proxy" was great.
"World's Fastest Indian" never even made it to the theaters up here but it was pretty good.

Just got done watching Man On Fire, with Denzel Washington. Simply a fantastic movie, even after my 3rd time watching.

A sci-fi rom-com? I loved it.
Happy Accidents: (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0208196/)

From IMDB's Summary:
Ruby Weaver has man trouble: she tries to fix them, so she's stuck herself with a string of losers. Her current lover, Sam Deed, seems different: he's sweet, tender, just in from Dubuque. But, as Ruby tells her therapist about Sam, in flashbacks we see someone not quite of this world. In fact, Sam informs Ruby that he's from the future, 2470 to be exact, traveling back in time to avoid prosecution for his sister's death, and to find Ruby, whose photo he saw back home. Ruby's sure he's delusional, but most of the time she wants to keep him - and maybe fix him. Although he seems sane, maybe Sam hasn't told her the real story: what's he up to, and who is Chrystie Delancey?

I was just looking at Worlds Fastest Indian on CDuniverse today.
Was thinking I'd like to rent it first.

Seems to me that LA Confidential was one of those movies that didnt get enough attention when it came out and people forgot about it almost instantly, but it was a darn good flick.

Also, I've been visiting the local Hollywood video and spending lots of time in the classics section.
Stuff like 12 Angry Men, The Apartment, The Trouble with Harry, Breakfast at Tiffanys, Cool Hand Luke, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, those movies cant possibly get enough attention.
But they were famous in their day, so I guess those dont count.

A few comedies I just bought could fit the OP's description.
Clue, Fierce Creatures, Noises Off. They were seriously funny, but folks act like they never even existed.

EDIT: Also some of the foreign stuff that made it over here but didnt catch on.
La Femme Nikita. Much better than the remake with Bridget Fonda, (not that I have anything against Bridget Fonda).
