Post Interview 'Thank You" notes

I have an interview tomorrow for an assistant manager position.

My question is do I send a thank you note to the managers that I work with everyday?

Opinions and funny flames will be appreciated.

i think if you really want the position, a handwritten note may be appropriate, but a verbal "thank you" would probably suffice as well. just make sure you emphasize your thanks.
