Went for an interview today, went pretty good, but at the end she gave me some "homework" as she called it...!
All she wants me to do is answer 2 questions:
1) Why the company and why that position
2) Why me
Now I know that these are typically questions that are asked during the interview, but I'm kind of glad that they were done this way as I can put some real effort into them.
My question: How formal do I make this document out to be? I'm going to be attaching it to my followup email to her (Which I was going to send anyways), but I'm just not sure how formal this should be in regards to a to/from with addresses and dated, etc, or more of if i should just write the questions, with my answers beneath.
Thoughts?
