its a verizon 650. The page takes 30 seconds to load also.. This is definatly what its not meant for. AT should have a WAP page!

that's why i went with the audiovox 6600 instead of the Treo. the audiovox had EVDO, ATOT page loads up in like 10 secs for me. 😉

but it is still hard to do anything in it.
 
There's an option to have it in wide-page mode or optimized mode (which is what you're probably using). I have the 600 and don't have rendering problems with either. Are you using Blazer ? You can try wide-page (don't load images) or grab a browser called Xiino.

But I said in another thread today already - web browsing is not a selling point because it's not quite practical enough without broadband.

Yup, using Blazor, not practical for real web pages, but most large news/information sites have WAP pages.
