Pathetic is enabling the President to encourage election fraud by standing back and acting like it didn't happen, and if it did, well, we'll see or whatever.

Pathetic is believing that the President encouraging election fraud is just one of many valid opinions concerning the President encouraging election fraud.

There is quite a difference between what Trump said and a murder plot be it the wife or the President and robbing a bank. The guy that suggested he rob a bank shouldn't be jailed unless he assisted and helped plan it as a partner.


To quote the President:

"On your ballots, if you get the unsolicited ballots, send it in and then go make sure it counted, and then if it doesn’t tabulate, you vote. You just vote. And then if they tabulate it very late, which they shouldn’t be doing, they’ll see you voted and so it won’t count. So, send it in early, and then go and vote. And if it’s not tabulated, you vote, and the vote is gonna count. You can’t let them take your vote away. These people are playing dirty politics. Dirty politics."

And I know he rambles on and on... That seems like he says to check and if it isn't tabulated then vote at the polls. Which I think is a misguided statement, but not illegal.

This is your pres you are talking about. Your reaction to him encouraging voter fraud to his base is "misguided statement", after being pushed on it 20 times. By comparison there is your response to some nobody releasing a book about the president. Your sense of priority urgency and decency is fucked up.

I have been saying this is a way over reaction.
I am wavering on that
I know people from South Africa, Eastern Europe and Kenya.
All but the former Kenyan are concerned, they say it feels like stuff back at their native countries. Nothing specific just feels similar.

it is in NC if someone actually succeeds in voting twice after trump's encouragement, the pertinent section of the statute has been posted here before.

it's called inducement

trump telling supporters to break voter laws by voting by mail and in person
