Post Duron OC'ing results: Mobo, CPU, Voltage, Cooling

There seems to be varying temperature results for T'Bird and Durons. Some people have no problems OC'ing these puppies, while others get rather high temps running default everything.
Post your overclocking results for Durons and T'Bird, include the following info:

And if I wanted to stress my system I can run at:

I must admit there is quite a big jump from 900 mhtz to the magic 1 Ghtz, at 900 i can run at default voltage and get temps around 40 degrees, but both settings seem stable, just waiting to hear if running at 50 degrees is bad in the long term or not, if it fries oh well just buy another and run it at 900 for the price you buy them, and of course pencils are dirt cheap !

so after some NBA Live 2000 last night, this is what my system was at:
Duron 600 @ 800
Multiplier 8 x 100 FSB
Golden Orb
1.65v

My case is a mess, I don't think I am getting enough ventilation, and with my IDE cable, and my SCSI cable, I think air flow is bad. Still waiting for my Globalwin FOP32-1 to arrive... any tips on how to clean up interior of my case? I've seen some clean interiors, where people tape the cables to the side.
