He's been silent all day when he's never done this before. I think finally the lone neuron has signaled a danger and Trump is laying low. Of course he has memory processing errors and won't remember that warning, but the longer he remains quiet the greater the fear.
Trump finally has come up against a situation he can't lie and scam his way out of. He's tried to go head to head in a battle of credibility against someone who is recognized as having integrity, while Trump is a known degenerate lying piece of shit with a history of scamming and reneging. He should have known better to keep his mouth shut when questioned about what he said to Comey. Instead he lied like he always does and now Comey has revealed he was lying.
The difference being it's Comey with his history of being a prosecutor and head of the FBI, having called out a past administration for deception, and the fact he had the sense to discuss this with all the top FBI individuals after each meeting. Creating corroboration of his accounts within law enforcement as the events unfolded, making a historical record. Trump just has his word which is worth about as much as a fart in a hurricane. If Mueller pulls in the head of the NSA and DNI, putting them on the record, there will be further corroboration that Trump has been trying to hinder the investigation in Russia's interference. Something that reasonably seems certain to be something he will do.
Maybe there is also some value in that a few of the Trump fanatics who bothered to watch his testimony now realize there is no doubt at all that Russia meddled in their election to help elect Trump. Even if they can't accept the reality of Trump's filth, maybe they will go forward understanding Trump has been lying and obfuscating the fact of Russia's meddling.
psst.. most of them have you on ignore, stop trying so hard.Yes, this time the Trump fans will believe the hysterical lies of the hyenas on the left, unlike the last 53454354232432432. Just keep holding out hope![]()
Actually his lawyer told him to keep his mouth (and thumbs) shut.

President accuses former FBI director of a felony. That would be ground shaking in any other circumstances.
Was just coming to post this, lol, he's back. I do love my Twitter but wow, this guy is the president & his tweets make my jaw drop
I once was very unhappy about Trump tweeting but much less so now. Spicer is the reason for that because he said that they are a matter of official record which means "oh he was just venting as a citizen" cannot apply. He's ranting as the holder of the Office of the President of the United States of America, and that is levels higher in significance and potentially accountability.
Does Spicer stating that actually mean anything in a legal context though?

No it's just Spicer being Spicey
I find Trump's use of the word "leak" to be a bit odd because usually the implication when information "leaks" is that it's legit. If it's BS, then how can it be a leak.

Careful, that kind of logic mobius loop is likely to implode random conservative brains.I find Trump's use of the word "leak" to be a bit odd because usually the implication when information "leaks" is that it's legit. If it's BS, then how can it be a leak.
I *think* Trump is looking at this as Executive Privilege stuff where the President can say certain conversations between him & staff are private.
I don't agree but that's my guess
