Claudette from The Shield. Man I hated her character. Forest Whitaker was another one you loved to hate in that show.
 
Cersei Lannister... Not quite sure that's what you mean. I hate her, but I'm glad she's in the show.
 
I came to dislike Hawkeye in MASH. His character turned from a straight up smart ass to a soft, sensitive new age guy. Col Potter got better when they stopped making him a cardboard cutout.
 
Ahhhh Andrea from TWD was awful! Way too much screen time for a useless character. It's not like she was an Umbridge, who was purposely written so that you'd hate her, it was just bad writing.
 
I've really started to hate Bubbles from the Trailer Park Boys in the last couple of seasons and i liked the character at first.
