What kind of ISP allow you to have all those servers? Thinking about deploying Untangle actually, but on netbook. The other netbook hosts a TeamSpeak server and a FTP server.

Unfortunately my ISP does not provide static or multipe IPs, nor allow public facing servers, so that's all internal stuff. Two middle servers are most of my stuff, bottom one is the NAS and top one is VM server, there's a 2U Supermicro server between those two that's not in that picture, which is meant to replace the big 4U one on top. The top stuff is home automation stuff, along with the firewall. On the back I have the patch panel and switches.

Wish my ISP would allow servers though, easier to manage if it's local and don't have to pay extra for better hardware. At one point I was toying with setting up a small Bitcoin operation though, but it's just not worth it anymore due to higher difficulty. I'd have to design my own ASICs or FPGAs and I'm not quite that far into learning electronics yet.

I actually wish my ISP allowed port 25 so I can allow the DD-WRT flashed router to send me E-mails with the log. I could ask them to open the port, but since I change the IP address all the time it wouldn't be worth it. For Teamspeak I have a domain name for the IP with an update client. The netbook has been on 24/7 for a year now! Dell Mini 910. Great little device.

thanks. we didn't go into DC for the cherry blossoms because it was way too crowded, but there is another neighborhood that is not too far from DC that has great cherry blossoms (as you can see from the pics) that wasn't too crowded.
