Not much to look at, but that's about a hundred year old desk that I got for $5 from the Old City-County Building in downtown Detroit about 35 years ago.

Instead of having the Dell where it is in that picture, I have a QPack (in my sig) there. I moved the Dell across the room. Maybe one day I'll take new photos.

I had that exact same desk about 4 yrs ago.
It was cheap, compact and functional.
Never found another $50 desk of its equal.

I said it once already but I still cannot believe how close people are sitting right next to their monitor.
I'm looking at where the keyboards are right next to the monitors.

I like how I have my desk setup. Everything within easy access reach. And yes that is a bottle on top of a CD-R spindle that's holding my headphones. Got the idea from a post on the headfi forums. One bottle of mineral water, some epoxy and an empty CD-R spindle makes one pretty good headphone holder. I prefer to have my Sennheiser HD-280 Pros this way as opposed to laying around :). What isn't pictured is my Dual PIII U320 SCSI RAID server in a rack nearby. In any case here it is:

 P2 machine? no no no. The P2 machine is in the garage, on the crack rack. Her's is an Opty 148 that she built.
