At work today, I was dismayed. All my music is getting old, so I tried:
Norah Jones
Steel Pulse (Reggae)
-- and --
Frank Sinatra

And I have to say, all these albums sucked. So send out some ideas. Good albums!

My contribution for others:
Sublime: 40 Oz to Freedom

Any Beatles album, any Queen album (though the three-CD best of is a good place to start), any Metallica album (Master of Puppets, Ride The Lightning, ...And Justice For All are my top 3 personal favs), The Killers' Hot Fuss, Fall Out Boy's From Under The Cork Tree, Morcheeba's Who Can You Trust, let me know if you want more.

!

Don't listen to this guy, Pablo Honey is really good.

Bright Eyes on the other hand, you have to have a unique taste to really enjoy, so I'd steer clear of that music until you're used to Radiohead's weirder stuff.

I have one album of hers I do like. Come Away With Me I think is the god one.

But I've been spoiled. Dianna Krall. Once you hear her, everyone else is second best.

Norah Jones has been described as a popular jazz singer. But not the best.

Dianna Krall - The Girl in the Other Room
Talk about a great album!
