It says nothing of the sort, only that Emma may not sign for the last two. Which may or may not be true, but what is true is that the movies will be made with or without her. Its way too much of a cash cow to let one actor determine its fate, they'll find someone else

I saw that coming when she became so popular after the first couple of movies.

Actresses have it harder than actors when it comes to typecasting. Who knows if this is a wise choice for her, but I think if she rides off her popularity right now, there is a chance she may make a serious big screen movie. Overall though, I am not sure if she is that great of an actress. Plus she is quite young, so it may be a mistake to pass on the next installments of the series.

It is a career move and she wants to be taken more seriously, but I am thinking that with the popularity of the books and movies, this may not be a great idea for her career.

although i guess it is kind of hard to get into other things considering that these movies are being made almost back to back. maybe a year or 2 in between. doesn't leave much time to get into other projects.
