alright, i'm going to call him. what if he's lying about the item being shipped? i'll tell him that it shouldn't take more than 2 days according to the UPS service time map. then do i accuse him?
 
Ask him for the tracking number. About 50% (guess) of the deals I've been in with people were delayed at least one day because they were too lazy to ship the item. They always have a good excuse though.
 
that sucks. But its been 2 days since he shipped out and STILL he hasnt given u a tracking # ? I hope everything turns out alright for you, i mean, its $450 out the window.

Have you ever heard of USPS? Priority is like 1 day for within the same region.

However, I have gotten a UPS ground order on the SAME day.
 
Sometimes they are just damn slow. Don't go accusing the man yet. Just kindly ask him to send you the tracking # when he gets home. One time I delivered a package 30 minutes away, and it took a week before it left the post office. I was pissed.
 
A light tap on the knee with a crowbar does wonders in expediting delivery.

Remember, his knee not yours.
 
yeah, in state it should only take a few days...but if its really only sent at 5-7, id wait 5-7 before calling the dude again.

No!!!! Don't fall for the dark side. The proper word is "ditto". And the proper word it is even easier to type and easier to say than that stupid acronym. Its one of the few acronyms which exist to make it MORE effort to use.
