I hope you have some business background (majored in it in college), because starting up a business is extremely hard, and most sole proprietorships fail within their first years. If have little or no business background, it may be tough. I have seen many companies started by people with no business background, but solely with a large knowlegde of the field they're going to do business in, fail miserably. Just be sure to create a good business plan and raise enough capital to start the business. And scout out your competition. Bad idea to start a new company when an estd. one is right next to you.
