Possibly downloaded a Keylogger...

I possibly downloaded a keylogger from the world of warcraft forums. It was a fake SS and i clicked on it without paying attention. Anyways, I am running Nortons Anti Virus and it did not detect any Viruses. I did a full system scan and I also did a spyware scan. I am also using the latest version of FireFox and I am running the Nortons firewall. If I really did download a Keylogger, then is it possible it could have gone through My anti virus / firewall software? What should I look for in the Process window? Or is it really nothing to worry about?

If you're suspicious, nuke the system and reinstall.
