I agree, especially how a few people called in and at first they were like yeah....then after being on hold they were like uhhh nevermind
 
No go here in Roseville Michigan, CSR said that didnt have any for a few months.

Number doesnt even show in their system.

But they have Milk onsale for $1.98 a gallon. I used my Chrysler Debit card (thanks F@t W@llet) which they accepted and I grabbed the rest of my 50 bucks.

Chrysler Debit = Hot Deal !
Phillips CDRW = COLD DEAL!
 
I'm driving in early tommorow to see if I can score one of these bad boys. I agree that if we try calling them, this will kill the deal. I urger everyone to not call and try going out there first.
 
Lighten up, I promise you that Wal-Mart can't put 2 and 2 together. There's no way they can even tell what each store has in stodk or even the price. Besides, they don't even know what a dvd-rw is.

I ran out to the local 24 hour walmart to check and see if they had one... they were stocking and just pulled two dozen of them off a pallet - asked the cashier in electronics to scan the price for me - BINGO! $2200 down on the credit card, but I got the SUV stuffed full of 24!!! dvd writers. I'm gonna let 12 of them go at $125 /shipped for peeps here in thanks for the deal, but I'll ebay the other 11!

On a serious note, like the other poster said, WalMart doesn't PM amongst their stores. Used to pick baby formula up at the one 100+ miles away since I travelled there regularly and it was like $4 per can less expensive than my local one.
 
most vermont stores that are open 24 hours do not have this.... i called around to some in upper NY. nothing whatsoever. sux for me 🙁

edit... i mean there are no walmart stores open in vermont 24 hours and ticondiroga ny has none
 
God...If I get in on this deal I promise I'll never buy in on another hot deal for the rest of the year.....

I want to go to Wal-Mart now, but how do we know this is still good? Wasn't this receipt from back in December? Do we have ANY confirmation of a recent find of this?
 
we have one walmart here in VT and its not 24 hour... the orginal poster got his in indiana i believe..

This is absolut craziness... if only I had money, I'd probably care a little more😉. Unfortunately, I am stuck as a poor college student with no money, and no means of transportation to get to Wal-Mart. Poor me.

I checked out the Woodland store and the sacramento store off truxel road. (Northern California area stores) I didn't even bother asking because I KNEW they would have no idea what I was talking about.
