Possible XBox 2 picture?

I do not like the design if it's even the real deal. the picture definitely is legit, but there is no official word if it is the xbox 2 or what, or if its even the final design or anything. but still, its cool to see a possible pic

anyways, i thought 1 handle on the gamecube was dumb enough looking ... now the xbox 2 might have 2 handles?!?

Is that a carrying handle on the side? Looks fine without that part. But I don't want one to stand on it's side. It should be laying down. Unless it can be used either way which is fine.

yeah whats with the bump on the side. Serioudly though..it need to be about half as thick as the curreent version.

I've heard it's right between the original PS2 and the slim PS2 in terms of size... There's no way this thing is the final version.

I doubt it... more credible reports have stated that it will have a concave design, which that "thing" does not have.

legit as in its not a prototype render or anything, its an actual physical piece of hardware, with real MS people around it.

I like it personally. To me it just makes it easier to carry over to a friend's house to network and play together. I frequently transport mine and can say outright that I'd much rather carry my Gamecube than my Xbox anywhere.

That would be extremely difficult to do and still maintain proper cooling...look at the heat issues that are occruing with the slim ps2, and that does not have 1/4 of the power of the xbox 2.

Have you ever opened up an xbox? It would be very difficult to cut that in half, given the amount of components inside. Why does it matter how much space it takes up anyway? All the unit does is sit on top of the television.

dont worry about it. remmeber the original design for the xbox looked like a pc until a month or so before release where it was finally transformed into the shape we are familiar with now. they will chang how it looks and it wont look nearly as gay and gamecubeish when it comes out.

btw, dualcore, a r520, 512mb ram etc because of heat issues. i'd be suprised if it is really too much smaller than how big the xbox is now.
