Possible Virus trying to access Outlook?

When my computer first starts up there is a window that pops up and outlook informs me that some program wants access to my email addresses..... not like it matters to me cause i dont use outlook.

I probably downloaded this thing on morpheus.
How can find out how to delete this program?

Running WinXP Pro, Office XP Pro /w frontpage.
