When i have a wallpaper selected for my background, (just the typical ones that i have used in the past with no prob) i get a 10-15 second hesitation on startup. Also, after the hesitation, when i close windows, they appear to disappear more slowly than they used to; sort of a scrolling disappear, like my video card is wuss. This problem is gone if i choose none for wallpaper. However, when i have none for wallpaper and shutdown, i see the previously selected wallpaper just before it powers down on exit. My concern is that somehow i am ending up with 2 wallpapers selected. Has anyone seen an issue like this? The problem started soon after i added the Radeon to my system...
