ok heres my problem i just bought a new motherboard and installed a 3.3 celeron processor on it as well as a fan/heatsink. I installed a brand new video card and i have my ddr 400 ram installed and everything connected properly. the problem is that when i turn it on i dont get no video my monitor is just black with the amber light. I am getting power to the video card because i see the fan spinning and everything else is seems to be functioning properly as well my cd/dvd drives liights come on and i have noticed after i leave it on for a minute it will restart itself because i see the cd/dvd drives leds turn off and on and i could hear it. How do i fix this problem i have no clue what else to do. I reseated the video card and the ram. also when i turn it on i dont get no beep from the post..
