Possible triple OSes?

I am planning on building a computer soon, and was thinking about getting at least three 100 GB (or greater) hard drives, each with thier own partition and OS. I was just wondering that since Apple has announced the x86 version of Macs, and Project OSx86, if it would at all be possible.
