Possible triple OSes?

I am planning on building a computer soon, and was thinking about getting at least three 100 GB (or greater) hard drives, each with thier own partition and OS. I was just wondering that since Apple has announced the x86 version of Macs, and Project OSx86, if it would at all be possible.

You won't (legally) be able to put os x on a machine you've built yourself.

It MAY be X86, but it WON'T support PC hardware....

It already supports a number of personal computers. It's x86 PC support is a bit lacking.
