Possible to turn off CL AudioHQ windows start sound?

It's not listed in the control panel sounds area, and I need it installed because I like my speakers muted when I have my headphones plugged in. Anyone know how to turn the start sound that comes with audiohq off?
 
You got an Audigy?

Start Menu > Programs > Creative > Sound Blaster Audigy > Creative EAX

Check off the notepad looking thingie.
