Possible to search for numbers only?

Is it possible to search for numbers only? For example, I am looking to buy a Radeon HD4850 graphics card. Several users list them for sale but they might list it as a Radeon 4850 or a HD4850 or even without the Radeon word at all so I would like to search for the numbers 4850 but when I do so I get zero results. Is there some sort of trick to do this?
