I know it will be an ATI, but what's the cheapest one? It's hard to find accurate descriptions.

TIA

EDIT:

OK, here is what I am trying to achieve.

I want a dual monitor setup, but at the same time I want component output to a HDTV monitor. This is for video editing purposes.

Will this setup work:

ATI 9700 or 9800 Pro w/ Component out dongle (so one monitor on the VGA and component out through the DVI)
Some random PCI card for the second monitor.

Is this possible?

I hate to give any impute because I don't know this for sure, but I think it's a Radeon 8500LE with that DVI to Component adaptor.

Q8: Does Component Output support multiple displays?

A8: Component Output is a single display feature and will not work simultaneously with TV Output (ALL-IN-WONDER® cards) nor simultaneously with VGA monitors (non-TV enabled graphics boards). The only exception is with the ALL-IN-WONDER® 9700 Series.
Does this mean you can't run your monitor and the component out simultaneously?

As long as you use some random Radeon PCI card, you should be set.

I'd rather use the PCI card for the Component output, and the fast AGP card for the actual work, though.

No, it will not work. There are 2 RAMDACs on new Radeon cards, not 3. The same goes for Nvidia cards (only 2 RAMDACs).

You can do one monitor + component or dual monitor only. If you want to do dual + component, you'll need a PCI video card to run the second monitor.
