Possible to overclock a 7800go (non-gtx) in a Dell E1705 (laptop)?

Title says it all. Is there an easy application to use like ATI Tool? I'd really like to get it to GTX speeds (although I know there are pipes disabled).

Several programs can do that for ya:

Coolbits - a registry hack that gives the driver options in overclocking
RivaTuner - go to www.guru3d.com
PowerStrip - google search

NVnews

The download section there has these and others

CAUTION! When I got my m170 I used coolbits to autodetect, and I got some absurd overclocks of 535 core/1.3ghz mem. I returned back to my non-overclocked status and have been there since. Notebook graphics are imbedded in a small space with limited cooling capacity and air flow. BEWARE!

Also, if you have to ask how to overclock, THEN DO NOT TRY IT! They risks far outweigh the benefits you may get.

Cheers,
Dennis

Go to www.laptopvideo2go.com and downloaded their modified .ini file for the nvidia drivers. This will allow you to install the normal forceware drivers on your laptop, then download RTHDRIBL (its and HDR demo program). The modified .ini file also unlocked a feature in the nvidia drivers that will allow you to overclock the gpu through the drivers. Then use RTHDRIBL to make sure its stable (works very well).
